April Fools!For lunch we had a peanut butter and jelly sandwiches ( I tried to double tape the bag shut but it didn't work), a bag for Cheetos chips filled with carrots and resealed with double sided tape (this did not make Brooklon very happy. We don't usually if ever have chips in our lunches and when she saw a chip bag she was so excited-not so excited once she saw that the chip bag was filled with carrot sticks. After school snack was real Cheetos), and an apple with a gummy worm sticking out. --(Landon added a few canned items as well to their lunches. April Fools!

For dinner we had cake. (meatloaf cake with mashed potato frosting topped with cherry tomatoes).
The middle filling is barbecue sauce. (Famous Dave's is our favorite)

Fried peas as a side (they are hard and crunchy)

We did this last year and everyone loved it so much that we decided to do it again this year. We filled cups with Jello and a straw. When you go to suck your "juice" (Jello) nothing comes out. The boys managed to get Jello to come out. They thought that was cool.
