Long Time No See!
I'm not sure that we were totally ready to get back in the swing of things. We really had a wonderful holiday break together. BUT! We are excited to have Christian home. I'M SO THANKFUL! Can I just say that a few more times? I'M SO THANKFUL! I"M SO THANKFUL! O.k. I'm done. -

We celebrated Trentons 12 th birthday with 10 of his buddies on Saturday. Christian took all of the boys sledding.

After sledding we had some of Trentons favorites. We served all you can eat hot dogs, chips, soda, smores, and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and whip cream. I think everyone had a fun time. - We are excited that Trenton gets the priesthood on Sunday and he gets to pass the sacrament with Landon. We are so proud of Trenton and the choices he is making.

Trenton with his new guitar. (We got it for free when Madison was at the Music School. We have saved it for almost 8 months) He was and is very excited.

Anyone not wanting their Christmas candy I will gladly take it off your hands.
I was reminded the day before Christmas that we have a tradition of everyone gets a pair of home sewn pajama pants. I quickly remembered and got to work. In one day I sewed 8 pairs of awesome pajama pants. I'm very proud of myself. -Brooklon and Maron Christmas morning showing off their darling pajama pants.

Don't mess with O.B.1

You can never have enough pups!

- We hope everyone had as wonderful of a Christmas/December as we did. Testimonies were borne and strengthened, wonderful stories were read and shared, all of which helped shape our Christmas traditions this year. I'm so thankful for our Savior helping our family somewhat understand better the true meaning of Christmas. I hope we will always remember this Christmas every month of this next year and what it meant to our family. We love all of our wonderful friends and family. We wish you all a wonderful, meaningful, Happy New Year!

Last but not least we had a great early Christmas present (the best present ever) this saturday. My sweet love came home about 1 o'clock in the morning and was able to stay all saturday. (He had to leave sunday early but it was the boost we all needed). I loved it. I'm grateful for my sweet husband and the hard worker he is and how he always thinks of us even when it takes him flying all day. Thanks Love, we loved having you even for just a day.
Making Christmas cookies is not as fun without at least one little helper.
He sure was having fun.

He is so sweet.

I'm so grateful for helpers.

( You may have to take my word for this one also). Madison and Landon had an awesome orchastra Christmas concert on friday. They did an amazing job. I loved listening to all of the Christmas music that they have been prepareing.

We have had hours of endless enjoyment this last week.
Right in our very own front yard.

Be jealous!

Lots and lots of trucks and tractors of every sort right out our front window.

Pressurized irrigation is being put in every ones front yard.

I'm thankful I have "a camera". I'm thankful I have "a camera". I'm thankful I have "a camera".
Not exactly the picture I wanted. But I'm thankful I have a camera of sorts. (Smile)

Trenton, Brooklon, and Maron tried out for a play at school last week (Beauty is a Beast). Trenton made it to the call back list. You can't really see his name very well under the Scribe roll. (You'll just have to take my word for it). We are so excited for him.

Wednesday at school there was a Knighting Ceremony. (Brooklon)
There was a little jousting with swimming noodles. (Brooklon)

Mr. Wendling dressed up as a Knight.

Christian we miss you! Doing all of our family traditions aren't quite as fun without all of our family.
Christian usually does the frosting/glueing of the house. The kids kept saying "Mom you can do this".

I'm not sure how much candy actually made it to the house. I tried to take pictures of Jordon. (I miss my camera) Madisons camera has a small delay between pictures and it misses the actual picture I'm trying to take. Jordon was more interested in seeing how many gum balls he could cram in his mouth without me noticeing.

Before shots.
